I'm Back!

So... after a long hiatus... i'm back. No real excuse for the un-announced absence but let me get you up to speed on what's been going on. I got married on 29 May, went to Paris for a weekend in June, got promoted to first lieutenant in June, stayed extremely busy at work in July, August September, went to Italy in October for a week, had a great Thanksgiving then went to Germany and went skiing and here we are... getting ready for Christmas. Seems crazy that we've been living together for over 6 months now. Seems like we've been going from one thing to the next so fast though we have hardly had time to stop and enjoy it. I am getting some time off over Christmas and we currently have no plans! Starting Thursday I am taking 11 days off from work! It will be nice to recharge. It will also be nice to spend some time with Jen before I leave for Qatar... yes, that's right. I am getting deployed to an Air Force Base in the country of Qatar. It will be a great experience but it will be tough being away from Jen again. By the time I get back we will only have 5 months left here in England and we'll be moving back to the US. It has been a great opportunity to live here in England but we are both looking forward to living the good o'le USA again. Well... I think that's it for now... Merry Christmas!
